Strength Camps involve structured group training in a high-energy environment. Equipment utilized includes body weight, dumbbells, bands, ropes, medicine balls, and more. Groups are capped at 8-participants, and each session lasts ~ 55-minutes.

I initially started training at Majchrzak Sports Performance with the goal of playing varsity baseball. Once I had reached this goal it transitioned to trying to play college baseball and ultimately baseball professionally. The training I have done this duration of time at Majchrzak Sports Performance is on of the main reasons I feel I am still able to continue playing baseball and it allowed me to keep improving and be prepared for each level of baseball I played at. The main reason I started training with Majchrzak Sports Performance was that I needed to pass the CFA (Candidate Fitness Assessment) to be eligible for the United States Navel Academy. When I stared training with Coach Jon, I weighed 118 pounds and was far below the Navel Academy standards. In under 6 months of training, I gained 40 pounds of muscle, which allowed me to improve and pass my Navel Academy Fitness Assessment. I greatly attribute my success to Majchrzak Sports Performance because of the great workout plan I was provided.
